About Pastor Keith Echols Pastor Keith Echols is the Senior Pastor of Word of Faith Christian Center and a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. He served as Senior Assistant Pastor with Bishop Keith Butler, the founder of Word of Faith International Christian Center from 1986 to 1993. During this time, as an instructor at Word of Faith's School of Ministry, his down-to-earth, practical teaching style helped many students understand God's will for their lives. With over 18 years of full-time ministry experience, Pastor Echols is now leading multiple congregations. Word of Faith Christian Center in Philadelphia began in 1993 and has 25 Ministry of Helps departments that meet the needs of the ministry, congregation and the community. Word of Faith Christian Center located in Newark, Delaware is changing lives everyday through the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has enjoyed thirty years of faithful marriage with his lovely wife Riena. They have four beautiful children, one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law and six grandchildren. |

Church History
Word of Faith Christian Center-Philadelphia is a satellite church of Word of Faith International Christian Center founded by Bishop Keith A. Butler in Detroit, Michigan, which has a membership of over 18,000. There are over twelve other satellite churches including locations in Jackson, MS, Phoenix, AZ, San Francisco, CA, San Antonio, TX, Orlando, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL, Grand Rapids, MI, Smyrna, GA, Nashville, TN, Birmingham, AL, Wilmington, DE, Toronto, Ontario, and London, England.

Spiritual Growth/Lifestyle Transformation – Through teaching and preaching God’s Word and practicing prayer, worship, giving, loving one another, and honoring God through obedience. (Congregation/The Godly & Growing)
Discipleship – Serving God with our talents, gifts and abilities, anointed by the Holy Spirit. (Committed/Spiritually Mature and serving)
Ministry – Lay ministers and mature leadership-those who serve by leading - those who are committed to ministry. (Core group/Examples for other believers)
